Chichester Cathedral

Founded as a Cathedral in 1108, The Chichester Cathedral was previously known as the Cathedral Church of the Holy Trinity. It is the Mother Church of the Diocese of Chichester which covers East and West Sussex. Over 350,000 people visit the cathedral every year. Goodwood Horse Racing

Since 1802 when the 3rd Duke of Richmond introduced the sport, horseracing has been a part of the Goodwood tradition. It is just a mere 4 miles from Chichester City and If you time your visit right, you may catch the British horse racing festival commonly known as "Glorious Goodwood" which is world-famous. It does not matter what the weather conditions are, it is always a memorable day at the Goodwood horse racecourse.

Goodwood Motor Circuit

A fifteen-minute drive from Chichester will get you to the historic venue for both two- and four-wheeled motorsport on the estate of Goodwood House. The 3.8 kilometers circuit completely encircles Chichester/Goodwood Airport. Within the Motor Circuit is Goodwood Aerodrome, a historic airfield that was used extensively during WWII and many other splendid sights to keep you entertained.

West Wittering Beach

It lies 10.5 km southwest of Chichester close to the border with Hampshire. The beach is well maintained and tourist-friendly with many fun-filled activities concentrating families. Apart from a specific time of the year, the beach welcomes visitors for dog walking, Barbeque picnics, horse riding, surfboarding and plenty of other outdoor activities. Goodwood Motor Racing

Attracting 200,000 people over the four-day weekend "The Festival of Speed" is the estate’s biggest event. The first festival was held in 1993 and since then has been a huge success with people from all over the country drive down to be part of the spectacle. West Dean Gardens

West Dean Gardens in West Sussex is one of the greatest restored gardens open to the public in England.
